Service Scope and Applicability

a4VPN provides network acceleration subscriptions covering 90+ countries and 200+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Users may import a subscription in a supported client, select an international route, and access international websites. Routes, entry points, and client compatibility may change due to maintenance, network conditions, or service adjustments.

The service provides network connectivity and route scheduling capabilities; it does not control third-party websites, applications, or content. Account eligibility, regional policies, content licensing, and usage results for third-party services are determined by the respective providers. Users should review the rules of their intended services and accept responsibility for using them.

Accounts, Subscriptions, and Traffic Rules

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must keep their login credentials secure and are responsible for activity under their accounts. Accounts are for registered users only. Login credentials may not be sold, transferred, rented, or shared, and subscription routes may not be resold to others as an independent product.

The service supports an unlimited number of devices online at the same time, but devices must be managed by the account holder and used for reasonable personal purposes. Unlimited devices does not permit public distribution of subscriptions, organized multi-person sharing, or commercial provision of routes. If abnormal sharing, bulk distribution, or resale is detected, the service may restrict the account’s access.

Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date, and upgrade price differences are calculated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they remain available until used and never expire. Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported.

Lawful Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is used, and must ensure that activities conducted through the service have lawful purposes. The service may not be used to infringe on others’ rights, distribute illegal content, commit fraud, conduct malicious attacks, access systems without authorization, interfere with network operations, or engage in other unlawful activities.

Users may not continuously consume abnormal resources through automation, interfere with other users’ normal connections, or attempt to compromise the security or stability of routes, clients, websites, or account systems. To protect service operations and other users’ normal access, the service may take necessary technical measures against clearly abnormal connection activity.

Service Availability and Liability

a4VPN performs maintenance, adjustments, and troubleshooting based on route conditions. However, cross-border links are affected by carrier networks, equipment status, the network environment at the user’s location, and third-party service policies. Accordingly, continuous uninterrupted service is not promised, and access to every website, application, or regional content at all times is not guaranteed.

Users should retain important materials and check device configurations before changing network settings. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not responsible for interruptions or losses caused by user devices, incorrect configurations, changes to third-party platforms, public network failures, force majeure, or events beyond the service’s reasonable control. No limitation of liability excludes any liability that applicable law expressly prohibits from being excluded.

Suspension and Termination

If a user violates these terms, uses the service unlawfully, resells an account, shares credentials, maliciously consumes resources, interferes with service operations, or endangers other users, the service may, depending on the circumstances, restrict connections, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account. Relevant functions may also be temporarily restricted to investigate security incidents or address clearly abnormal activity.

Users may stop using the service at any time. After a subscription expires, the related connection permissions end according to the account status; unused traffic packages continue to be handled under their applicable validity rules. Account suspension or termination does not affect payment obligations already incurred, liability for violations, or provisions that must remain effective under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms and Refunds

These terms may be updated to reflect service adjustments, legal requirements, or operating rules. The updated version will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top of the page will be changed. Important changes affecting user rights or responsibilities will be announced through the website or user panel in an appropriate manner. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If a user is dissatisfied with the first payment, they may request a full refund within 14 days. This refund commitment applies to the first payment, and the request must be submitted within the applicable period. Refund arrangements are governed by the effective rules shown on this page and at the time of payment; mandatory applicable laws take precedence where relevant.
